Ching Han Industrial Co., Ltd. , was called Sheng- Yang Enterprise before, and established in 1978. We are a professional producer of cosmetic accessory (lipstick mould, powder-pressed mould and aluminum capsule), and accumulate the experience about 20 years till now.
In order to satisfy and serve the customer perfection, we invested the capital in establishing the "De Meng Cosmetic Accessory Co., Ltd." in mainland China in 1996, then extended a Cosmetic Machine Department to involve the design and production of cosmetic machine in 1998, and passed the certificate of ISO 9001: 2000 in 2004.Also, we have an innovatory design team and are keeping in recruiting and training the employer. Now the capability of our R & D in machines is excellent, and it could increase the competitive ability of customers't product a lot.
